About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst who is willing to take on a Project Manager role. As a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, as well as planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT and network infrastructure, identity and access management, and CyberArk type solutions.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT and network infrastructure projects, preferably in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Some experience as a Project Manager, managing complex and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in identity and access management, privileged access management, and CyberArk type deliveries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) and project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
