We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Flint Technology Services Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and network infrastructure projects, with experience in identity and access management, privileged access management, and CyberArk type deliveries.

As a Project Manager and Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements, as well as planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables.

You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT and network infrastructure, identity and access management, and CyberArk type solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables
  • Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of IT and network infrastructure, identity and access management, and CyberArk type solutions
Requirements:
  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a technical business analyst in IT and network infrastructure projects, preferably in the Telecommunications sector
  • Some experience as a project manager, managing complex and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Strong knowledge and experience in identity and access management, privileged access management, and CyberArk type deliveries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) and project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable
