Internal Account Handler

**Internal Account Handler - Wednesbury, WS10 7EW**
- 40 hours per week (with half hour lunch each day)
- Salary £21,000 per annum
- 20 days holiday excluding bank holiday
- Must be computer literate and have a good telephone manner
- Experience in the catering repair industry and dealing with engineers would be an advantage but not essential
**The role of Internal Account Handler**:
- Manage and provide good customer service to client accounts.
- Processing job sheets, quotes, and purchase orders.
- Allocating engineers works
- Build good working relationships internal and external.
- Chasing outstanding repairs with subcontractors, to ensure the quickest turn around with regards to down time.
- Regular client contact to keep client warm while updating the database with their current contacts.
- Managing the Work in progress report to achieve KPI’s set.
- General office duties.
- Cover other team members when required.
- Contribute to staff training.
**Standards for the role of Internal Account Handler**:
- Arrive at my workstation in good time to commence the working day
- Meet all SLA, KPI targets
- Answer telephone calls within three rings
- Treat all others with respect and always communicate professionally
- Provide all information requests on time
- Work well as part of a team
