**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

Ensuring all jobs are logged in a timely manner

To work closely with the scheduling team to provide support

Liaising with customers and dealing with enquiries

Ensuring positive customer journey

Liaising with engineers and subcontractors

Big Change Job Flow Management

Liaising with third party companies and partners

Arranging tool and equipment hire as and when requested by the scheduling team

Ability to prioritize

Good communication skills

Good time management skills

Able to work as part of team and on own initiative
