**Receptionist & Time Sheet Admin**

Our client is looking for a Receptionist for the team to assist with their business needs within an exciting and fast paced aviation industry. This role requires time management, organisation and customer service skills, as well as a high level of attentionto detail. This is quite a varied role, with a priority of collecting and entering daily work timesheets from the Engineers. This will be at the front desk with duties of a modest receptionist, you will be managing all bookings for hotel and travel. The Receptionist& Time sheet Administrator will be responsible for:

- Answer telephone calls & transfer to staff as required
- Daily requirement of inputting Engineers timesheets onto Aerotrac system and running weekly reports
- Meet & greet any visitors/clients
- Providing refreshments for visitors
- Managing and Ordering stationary requirements
- Managing and Ordering refreshments for VIP lounge
- Managing travel arrangements for Personnel, Clients and Overseas support contracts
- Managing travel documents for overseas support
- Managing Airside security and training requirements
- Controlling Petty cash
- Opening and distributing all post
- Running weekly time box reports for personnel
- Supporting the Ops team as required
- Arranging social events
- Managing Uniform requirements that are delivered
- Managing company Vehicles

**Education & Experience**
- Experience in an aviation administration is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
