**LEGAL RECEPTIONIST**

**BROMLEY**

**£20,000-£23,000**

**The Role**

Our well-established Client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team based at their Bromley office.

Ideally you will have previous experience of a similar role within a law firm, or extensive customer/ client service experience.

**Your key duties will be**:

- Meeting and greetings clients and visitors at reception
- Answering the switchboard and re directing/ responding to calls as required
- Ensuring refreshments are provided, if required
- Maintaining the meeting Rooms Diary
- Ensuring meetings rooms are checked daily.
- Daily scanning of post to the legal teams
- Recording all hand deliveries
- Booking couriers
- Photocopying legal documents/ Plans/Confidential Material
- Internal delivery and collection of both internal and external mail to all offices and collation of outgoing post.

- Organised and ability to prioritise workload.

Salary from £ 20,000 depending on experience (plus pension, private health and other benefits). 23 days holiday plus your birthday off (if it’s on a working day).
