**Digital Experience Specialist (Maternity Cover)**
**Hours: 35 hours per week**
**Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover**
**Salary: c. £34,000 per annum**
**Location: Hybrid Working**
The Society is recruiting for an Digital Experience Specialist to join our Marketing Team here at the West Brom. The job holder will support the development of the Society’s digital offering in order to meet our customer proposition.
The role holder will work as part of a digital delivery team to develop and implement new digital service offerings for customers, you will keep an overview of our digital offerings and analyse customer journeys.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support development of the Society’s websites using our third party agency and with direction from the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Analyse customer journeys to highlight “pain” points, providing options to improve journeys via the digital tools available.
- Manage the delivery and governance of the Society’s website development, keeping control of timelines, budgets, reporting and risks.
- Manage the delivery of customer journey improvements, engaging with key business stakeholders to drive forward journey improvements.
- Manage the relationship of the Society’s third party website development agency.
- Support, develop and guide all staff to make improvements to customer journeys through digital means.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Advanced use of Excel, Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Content management system experience (Sitecore desirable)
- Ability to work comfortably with large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate good project management skills and goal orientation
- Previous internal and external stakeholder management experience
- Experience of working in agile teams advantageous
