Morgan Law are proud to be working with this small not for profit based organisation in their search for a new Head of HR. Reporting into the CEO with the support of an HR Officer this role has the overall responsibility of providing an all inclusive HR service across circa 100-120 employees.

Covering a wide remit across HR which includes reviewing and implementing a new people strategy, leading on behavioural framework development and equality diversity & inclusion you will have the scope to shape the HR offering based on the current and future needs of the organisation. The role covers the breadth of HR.

They offer a hybrid working approach which would mean travelling into London 3 days a week, with the other 2 days working from home.
