**The Vacancy**

f Asset &PPM Administrator. To be considered for the role you will require the following experience;

The person

ü Excellent organisational skills including time management & planning.

ü Willingness to accept ownership and accountability of work.

ü Ability to use own initiative to problem solve whilst working alone or as part of a team.

ü Can work well under pressure whilst ensuring all outputs are completed with accuracy and attention to detail,

ü Motivated & Strong Positive Attitude

The role (Full training will be provided)

ü Providing administrative support to maintain the upkeep of Asda asset database and planned preventive maintenance system, ensuring assets hold key information vital to Asda warranty and LCC programmes.

ü Maintenance of asset model and warranty libraries.

ü Extracting asset model and warranty information from customer information systems.

ü Maintenance of asset warranty guarantees and updating the automated warranty system.

ü Maintain asset and PPM modules ensuring all assets have a current maintenance programme and are legislative with current, compliant, documentation.

ü Analytical reporting on asset variances identified via the data warehouse reporting tool.

ü Monitoring asset changes, additions, disposals edit etc made via the asset app daily.

ü Liaise with Managed Contract Team on asset changes, additions, disposals edit etc. made via the asset app to managed contract asset types.

ü Work with field operatives to maintain accuracy of information on asset database.

ü Ensuring all gas /electrical assets have valid certification, maintaining relevant reports.
