This firm carry out the **top level** of executive searches for some of the most **prestigious companies** and corporations across the globe including placements of **C-suite individuals** and **key decision makers**. Their four key specialisms are **Investment Management, Investment Banking, Global Markets** and **Private Capital.**

- Base salary starting at £35k with bi-annual reviews and an annual discretionary bonus

**About the Role - **_**Research Associate**_
- Research and become immersed in a market niche with view of becoming an expert
- Attend client meetings with senior markets, take detailed brief to compile a comprehensive report
- Research and map for targeted searches

**About You -**_ **Research Associate**_
- A recent graduate with a 2.1 or above in any discipline from a top university
- Well-versed research and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbally
- Articulate and commercially aware
- Interpersonal skills with an interest in creating meaningful relationships
- Career led and in search of a long-term career
- Interest in the financial markets/ current affairs is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
