ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Associate Director – Expert Connections Team
Location: London or Glasgow (Hybrid Position)
Start Date: ASAP

As the Associate Director of our Expert Connections team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Woozle’s expert call offering. You will play a pivotal role in scaling this critical service, ensuring it delivers maximum value to our clients, and growing a high-performing team of analysts and associates. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving exceptional client service and operational excellence while contributing to Woozle’s continued growth.

 

✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • Lead Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of Woozle’s expert connections service, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality expert calls for our clients.
  • Client Success: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, ensuring our expert connections offering delivers tailored and actionable insights.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of expert connections analysts and associates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Scale the Offering: Develop and implement strategies to expand the reach and efficiency of the expert connections service, ensuring it meets the growing demands of our clients.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to integrate expert connections insights into broader research projects and deliverables.
  • KPI Ownership: Monitor performance metrics, ensuring team goals are aligned with client expectations and company objectives.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and grow teams, with experience in a leadership role within a research or consulting environment.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong organizational and operational management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Research Knowledge: Familiarity with expert calls, primary research, or consulting practices, with a strong understanding of how these services support investment decisions.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and improve team performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and client demands.
