**Xero Expert Bookkeeper**
**Location: Central London**
**Salary: £24, 000 - £34, 000 p.a**
**The Role**:
Our client is an events company who is looking for a quick learning **Bookkeeper**for their Central London Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into xero and filing into company records
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
- Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Completing VAT returns
- Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the accountant of errors
- Recording any inconsistencies to help the accountants reconcile inaccuracies
- Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
- Preparing employee wages
- Managing employee expenses
- Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
- Managing office budgets
- Managing overtime and expense reports
- Ability to create excel documents with complex formulas essential.
- Ability to create reports in PowerPoint essential.
**Experience/Skills**:
- Proficient in Xero Accounting Software, Dext, Approval Max, Pleo, Telleroo and Microsoft Office 365.
**Experience in Xero is Essential.**
