Are you a medical staffing or workforce specialist who is looking for an exciting new job opportunity? The Medical Workforce Productivity Lead role is a newly created position at the Trust, and the new post holder will have the opportunity to have a transformative impact on the medical workforce agenda at East Cheshire NHS Trust.
The successful post holder will provide leadership to the Medical Workforce team, ensuring that a high quality, efficient and effective service is provided across the clinical directorates. The role will have a significant focus on medical workforce productivity, working closely with leaders across the clinical directorates to proactively review medical rotas, establishments and ways of working. The role will have a transformative impact on ways of working across the medical workforce in order to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
As part of the Senior HR Team, this role will play a vital role in delivering the Trust People Plan priorities, and will be responsible for driving forward a number of key improvement projects relating to the medical workforce. The post holder will also identify solutions and alternatives to traditional methods and approaches, driving improvement through innovation.
**Hours per week**: 37.5
