My client is a market-leading energy solutions company who are looking to recruit a Business Applications Systems Specialist who will work closely with the Applications Manager. This could be a great time to join a multinational company who are playinga big part in driving net zero emissions on a society-wide scale. This role is being offered as a hybrid role, with 2/3 days onsite in their office in Loughborough and 2/3 days remote with a salary of £45k - £55k and a great benefits package.
The role:
You will be accountable for the governance, maintenance, development and control of dedicated Business Systems; documenting the scope and rules applicable to those systems, providing and ensuring a consistent approach to change to support the systems' integrity
- acting as the advisor and custodian of the process quality & standards throughout the project lifecycle working closely with all key stakeholders whilst maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
Experiences in some (not all) of the below skills and experiences would be highly beneficial for the role.
- Experience programming with SQL,.NET, Microsoft and Java
- Strong Project Management skills, delivering on time & cost
- Experience of LEAN practices
- Experience in ERP / business systems implementation
- Experience in change management; manage & enable the change management across all Stakeholders
- Experience in documenting processes, specifications, policies, standards
- Experience in leading workshops, data collation, validation and confirming requirements
- Prince2, PMP or MSP certified
- Experience in systems integrations following mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
