This is a fascinating new role for an Information and Social Collaboration Technical Specialist who can bring experience in any of AvePoint SharePoint/Yammer/Viva to help this bank embrace a more responsible collaborative digital focus

This role focuses on bringing in a mixed cloud model incorporating platforms such as Office 365 and, with it, SharePoint, Yammer, Viva, Planner, etc. Our goal is to ensure all colleagues are running on Microsoft 365 from on-premises platforms hosting, whichis due to complete in early 2023.

As the Information and Social Collaboration technical specialist, you will have a key role to focus on its underlying configuration and cloud platform

**What will the role entail?**

You'll be part of a team that is leading on the installation, configuration and maintenance of M365 for SharePoint (Online/Search), Yammer and Viva in-line with our standards and policies to agreed service levels.

We get involved in project work and you'd carry out technical activities to support project delivery, service improvements and change related to ongoing maintenance of the platforms.

It'll be a hands-on role - working hand in glove with many different teams and suppliers including security and networks colleagues plus others you'll need to craft the relationships within order to enable an end-to-end service.

**So, what are we looking for in you?**
- We like to see people who come from diverse industry backgrounds but need to see the following knowledge & technical skills:

- Subject matter expertise in SharePoint/Yammer/Viva and associated technologies and services surrounding collaboration software.
- A good level of understanding of how AvePoint software can govern and manage your data within M365.
- A good level of understanding M365 tenants and products are managed.
