**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

This is an extremely varied EA role where you will act as the right hand man to your principles. You will be required to provide business and personal support daily.
- Extensive diary management
- Inbox management
- Scheduling meetings, prioritising tasks
- Travel coordination, itineraries
- Client & stakeholders communication on behalf of the executives
- Negotiation with clients
- Office management duties, restoking fridges, ordering supplies
- Screening calls and directing
- Expense management
- Team social organisation
- Project work and event related to fashion
- Personal PA duties for both principles around 40%

**WHO YOU ARE**

To be successful, you will have previous experience within a similar industry, ideally Fashion but not a deal breaker. You will be an EA who loves EA duties and keen to make this role your own. ‘Can do’ attitude is essential for this role and driven to succeed within a faced paced company.

Essential requirements:

- 4+ years’ experience EA supporting C-suite level
- Ideally experience working within Fashion Tech
- Strong interest and passion for sustainability and Tech Fashion
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast-paced environment
- Proactive nature, efficient problem solver, excellent time management
- Personable and outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft office and google
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
