EA Role Description This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced, talented EA to support a high-energy CEO whilst working closely with the Executive team. We're looking for a self-starter with outstanding communication skills, who is flexible, adaptable and a natural with tech, picking up new systems quickly. Approachable, professional & polished with a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage many moving parts, including a constantly changing diary. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in start-ups, small to medium and boutique companies, and ideally in tech, media, venture capital, events and creative. As the CEO's main point of contact for email, phone and written communication, and liaising with internal and external contacts, you will be privy to highly confidential information.
  • Coordinate off-sites and events
  • Coordinate international travel and meetings, and manage a busy diary subject to change at short notice
  • Attending executive team meetings, taking accurate notes and circulating action points
  • Creating awesome presentations, preparing reports
  • Liaising with board members, investors and clients
  • General support, processing expenses and take on additional ad-hoc projects as required
EA Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in an EA role and a natural problem-solver
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, tech in general, and able to pick up new software systems easily
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
