A brand-new vacancy for a Reports Administrator has arisen with our rural Leominster client, they are seeking a capable, analytical and detail orientated individual to support their senior management team and hardworking office team with their report writing and administrative duties.

What you can expect:

- £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Full time and permanent
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch
- Mostly office based with the flexibility to work from home 1 day each week
- Team lunches and away days

What you will be doing:

- Creating technical reports based on engineer data
- Proofreading technical documents
- Utilising Microsoft Word to create, analyse and make necessary changes to the documents
- Ensuring documents adhere to the set template layout including hyperlinks and photos
- Supporting the senior management team with administrative duties
- General administration duties including dealing with any queries and answering incoming calls
- Additional duties will arise as the role evolves

What we are looking for:

- IT literate, specifically proficiency with MS Word
- Capable administrator
- Previous experience as a proof-reader would be highly advantageous although not essential
- Capable administrator
- High attention to detail
