**About The Role**
Are you a **NHS 111 Pathways Trained Clinician**? Then this is a great opportunity to build on your **nursing, paramedic or pharmacy experience** - and to continue to deliver outstanding patient care - **without the physical strain** of acute work.
After you have successfully passed the audits then **you will be able to work from home**if you also agree to work **2 shifts at the call centre per month**, therefore, living in a commutable distance from Bristol would be beneficial. You will **need a broadband connection** (Fibre) **and a landline** that can be utilised for working at home.
As the largest independent provider of NHS services, **Practice Plus Group** is delivering a new model of **Integrated Urgent Care** that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. It’s betterfor everyone.
You can join the team **full or part-time** on a variety of **shift patterns** to suit your lifestyle. These range from 16-38.5 hours per week and operate on a 2-8 week rotating rota that includes daytime, evenings, nights and weekend working.
**What you will need**:

- Excellent **listening and communication** skills, with good IT and keyboard skills.
- A real **passion** for providing outstanding patient care, with a commitment to making the most of continuous learning within **a well-structured, well-supported team**.
- NHS Pathways licence
- Registration as a nurse or mental health nurse (**NMC**), paramedic (**HCPC**) or pharmacist (**GPhC**), with appropriate post-registration experience.

**What you will get**:

- Pay**:£20.40 per hour** (7am-11pm) and **£23.20 per hour** (11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements for some of our busier shifts.
- **Golden Hello** of **£2,500** (pro rata for part-time) payable after six months.
- 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
- Full control over your working hours, with guaranteed regular breaks and as much **flexibility** as we can provide
