Human Resources lead the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. In this role, you will:

- Have responsibility for managing all Global Mobility tax and immigration globally
- Develop and implement global risk management and control frameworks covering the delivery of tax and immigration services
- Support the Head of Global Mobility with all policy and project work
- Have responsibility for working with other teams in HR (for example Payroll and Delivery Services) to ensure any risk events are documented and managed appropriately
- Focus on delivery of global tax projects (Business Travel compliance, new and existing cross border working policies, PRET reporting etc)
- Manage tax vendor and all tax work, eg tax equalization policies and process and tax reconciliation process
- Manage immigration vendor and all immigration work
- Manage tax and immigration teams
- Attend all relevant risk and operational committees to present on Global Mobility tax and immigration controls
- Provide oversight, governance and prioritisation of tax and immigration projects and change requests globally, ensuring all proposed changes are fully understood and that the change aligns to group strategy and fully compliant with local country regulations
- Understand market and best in class practice - being connected to external market developments and trends in HR and Global Mobility
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Extensive experience of working in Global Mobility is essential for this role
- Key Capabilities - Consulting Agility, Business Impact, Design Led Thinking, Relationship & Consultancy, Functional Expertise, Operational Management
- Experience of managing a high performing team is essential for this role
- Strong customer experience focus
- Ability to demonstrate strong influencing, facilitation & stakeholder management skills across all levels of management
- Proven track record of successfully leading both design and implementation of complex reward/HR initiatives and projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident and ability to work at all levels within a global business environment.
- Ability to deal assertively but sensitively with varied internal and external stakeholders across a matrix environment
- Highly developed presentation, connection, and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure; ability to re-prioritise in very short timescales.
- Ability to summarize complex information and present it to those with no prior knowledge

The base location for this role is London with hybrid working arrangements in place
