**Job Title**:Recruitment Administrator

**Location**:Brighton

**Salary**:£22k-£25k depending on experience

**Full time**:Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

**Responsibilities**
- Managing office diary
- Organising events and meetings
- Managing relations with contractors and suppliers
- CV writing
- Shortlisting and contacting applicants for interviews
- Formatting documents into the house style
- Updating the CRM with new records and data cleansing
- Exporting data into spreadsheets and filtering results
- Answering and fielding calls, taking messages where required
- General front of house duties, meeting and greeting visitors
- Purchasing stationery
- Distributing post arranging postage
- Data entry
- Scanning documents and filing
- Maintaining administrative systems
- Maintaining a neat and tidy office
- General administrative support to directors
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years' experience in an administration role
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills in Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Organised
- English GCSE grade C or above desirable
- Excellent communication skills
