**Project Management Office Executive**

Experiencing high demand for people with Agile and Digital transformation skills, our top-tier global professional services client requires two new Project Office Management (PMO) Executives for its successful and rapidly growing Newcastle-based operation that delivers on a real variety of high value transformation assignments to a superb, often Financial sector, customer base throughout the UK.

Working flexibly from a large city centre office, you will join a team of deeply experienced and proven professionals, a PMO team that partners with clients to initiate, recover and lead large-scale transformations whether operational, technology-led or regulatory driven.
- As part of programme leadership teams, deliver transformational outcomes for clients
- Manage multiple stakeholder communities at varying levels of experience and agendas and be responsible for overseeing the relationship
- Ensure client deliverables are quality focused and delivered on a timely basis
- Ensure effective execution through various delivery methodologies
- Utilise existing relationships to develop business opportunities
- Endeavour to become the trusted advisor of clients - be seen in the marketplace and be recognised as a first-choice solutions provider
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining and training
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
- **AsProject Management Office Executive you will need**:_
- An exceptional PMO or TMO background including successful end-to-end project delivery (at least 2 initiatives with a budget of over £500k), ideally with blue-chip FS clients and gained with a tier one consulting or large financial services organisation. We are also interested in exposure to both Business and Technology Transformation with strong experience gained in comparable industries such as Technology, Government, Life Sciences, Energy and Consumer Products.
- An outstanding performance record with the right attitude and commitment needed to work on the largest and most complex transformations
- Excellent understanding of the operation of key Project and Programme Controls (Governance Structures and Stakeholder Management Techniques; Programme and Project Reporting; RAIDs Management; Project planning)
- Experience of management of programme and project plans, ideally designing and operating the governance for large multidisciplinary programmes
- Agile exposure, including use across multiple teams, business and IT, together with the flexibility to work across delivery methodologies
- Professional delivery certification i.e. PMP, Prince 2 or relevant Agile certification such as PSM I, PSPO I, PSL I is desirable although not essential
- Knowledge of Programme and project management tooling (planning and reporting tools) is extremely desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - you’ll be a team player with who can build rapport with the client and prove credibility
- A highly flexible and hands-on approach, with capability to provide strategic direction and delivery leadership
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- A demonstrable passion for excellence with motivation and willingness to move your career forward quickly through a variety of client interactions and assignments that will push and challenge you on a daily basis
