At Airedale Centre for Mental Health, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within our facility.

During your temporary assignment, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to deliver holistic care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.

In addition to your clinical duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, participating in team meetings and case conferences, and adhering to trust policies and procedures at all times. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues will be essential to your success in this role.
