This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our London Office.

**Future Talent Programme 2023**

For the third year running we are seeking exceptional talent to join our Studio Future Talent Programme. Through 6 months of specific and professional-skills training in our Studio, our programme will teach you all you need to know about our industry including; Production, Post production, Creative, Localisation and Music.

Whether you want to learn about creating great kids programmes or help us understand the people who watch them, our programme will get your career off to the perfect start.

We are looking for the ones who stand apart. Who think a little differently. You’re the ones who might just be perfect for our studio programme, where your passion could become your career.

**The programme**:
Established to celebrate diversity of thought, background and experience, it’s 6 month programme starting July 2023.

Our Studio programme is open to anyone who wants to get involved in making and creating innovative kids programmes; whether it’s helping to conceive new ideas as a creative assistant, editing our content for production or bringing ideas to life as a Production Assistant.

The programme will give you an introduction to every area in Studio, you will get time and access to each department within creative and production, becoming an invaluable part of the team. By the end of the programme you will have worked with many different technologies, people and products, allowing you to discover what suits you perfectly.

**Requirements**:
Who we are looking for:

- People who are super talented or passionate around all things Design, Creative or production. This could be in Visual Design, Creative writing, Audio/ Visual Production, Editing, Motion Graphics or anything in between.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Keynote experience a strong plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally a portfolio showing off your past work
- Someone with the right to live & work in the UK (London)
- Bonus points if you have:_
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
- Video editing (Premiere)
