Data Quality Administrator

If so we want YOU to join our friendly Data Quality Team as a Band 3 Administrator and support us to ensure accurate patient data.
This valuable, full time role, has the patient experience as its focus, helping our Trust to deliver excellent patient care
In return we will also support your continuous professional development within the Digital Team.
Actioning calls logged by Trust staff via the IT Self Service Portal
Assist in the maintenance of Patient Demographics
Ensure patient waiting times are validated and accurately reflected within the 18 weeks RTT guidance. This will involve identifying and recording the 18-week clock starts and stops, through the use of Careflow and viewing patient records.
To liaise with booking staff and medical secretaries to ensure that accurate information is obtained and recorded.
Working on The Patient Administration System, e-Track and other relevant departmental computerised systems, including the use of National Care Record Service (NCRS) and viewing patient Notes (Evolve)
Validating error reports to maintain the quality of patient information.

To prospectively validate potential breaches and escalate, according to Trust policy.
To liaise with Information Services Department staff, to ensure compliance with Referral to Treatment (RTT) validation prior to submission of reporting requirements to the PCTs.
