About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for data management.

As a Commercial Data Administrator, you will be responsible for confirming and amending sales orders, maintaining product pricing, updating customer portals, and performing various data-related tasks that drive business efficiency.

  • Confirming and processing sales orders within the system.
  • Managing sales order amendments and ensuring accurate record keeping.
  • Managing and updating master data, including product information and customer records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Assisting in the generation of reports and data analysis to support sales and commercial strategies.

About You

  1. Strong proficiency in Excel, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  2. Experience working with sales order management systems or similar commercial data platforms.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  4. Previous experience in the fresh produce or food industry is preferred but not essential.
  5. Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
