Are you an ambitious, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant looking for an opportunity to develop a long-term career in a business that values you?

This is a great opportunity to join our technical team working on a warm desk, with existing businesses and clients to work on, giving you the chance to maximise your earning potential from day one.

**About You**:

- 6 months minimum recruitment agency experience
- Any sector background but a keen interest in technology or engineering
- Outgoing, social and confident
- Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a dynamic and diverse small team
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Evidence of working well under pressure
- Enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships
- Be an absolute killer on the telephone

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Experience within Engineering or Technology recruitment would be advantageous though not absolutely necessary
- Drive, enthusiasm and sales focussed mindset
- Get up and go mentality
- Organisation and Time Management skill

As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you’ll contribute towards attracting new business, developing relationships and introducing great talent to our clients. To succeed you will need sales ability, tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.
