RecruitME is based in the heart of Grantham and our office hours are 8.30 am to 5pm with an early finish on Fridays.

We’re recruiting for an experienced full service Recruitment Consultant and can offer a competitive basic with uncapped commission, a bonus scheme, additional leave and flexible working offering a great work life balance.

You can earn commission from day one with a First Year OTE of circa £50k (though we'd like you to go higher)

The successful full service Recruitment Consultant will join a warm desk, with existing business and clients to work on, giving you the chance to maximise your earning potential from day one.

**About You**:

- Min 12 months minimum recruitment agency experience would be ideal
- Engineering / technical / telecoms sector experience or a keen interest in technology or engineering
- Outgoing, social and confident
- Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a dynamic and diverse small team
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships

- Be an absolute killer on the telephone

**Above all, as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will need sales ability, tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.**
