What You’ll Be Doing


  • Recruitment Consultants manage their own desk with the opportunity to bring on new clients
  • Supported and guided by our Key Relationship Manager, you'll be driving new business opportunities through proactive, sales-focused approaches
  • Supported by our candidate “resource” and our social media & marketing guru, you'll be finding top talent by sourcing, headhunting, and screening candidates
  • Ultimately Recruitment Consultants succeed by building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure your high commission and bonus potential.

  • Experience in a sales driven environment: You have a strong track record in sales
