**About us**

Cornwall Planning Group is a well-established multidisciplinary practice seeking an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join their ever-growing team. The practice has dedicated teams within planning and architecture who work in a variety of sectors, including Residential, Education, Heritage and Commercial.

As part of the Planning team, the successful Senior Town Planner will be working directly with high-profile clients offering planning advice, consultation and services. Cornwall Planning Group pride themselves in the quality of their work and the difference they make, therefore are seeking an individual who has a strong eye for detail. The successful Senior Town Planner will be leading and supporting the team prioritising workload and ensuring projects are delivered within pre-agreed deadlines.

Town Planner Position Overview

Working on a wide variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Heritage and Commercial
Liaising with clients directly
Attending meetings and site visits
Leading and overseeing a team
Managing workload and meeting set deadlines
Planning Appeal Submissions

Senior Town Planner Requirements

Working towards Chartership with the RTPI or MRTPI status
3 - 5 years' experience within the industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage workload and time frames

Senor Town Planner Position Remuneration

Competitive salary depending on experience

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
