The Modelling Lead provides high quality, meaningful analysis to internal stakeholders in a timely manner, to address current and future business needs. You will perform project-based data modelling and analytical work for a specific business/function and/or provide inputs to development teams. You will also drive the development of best practice approaches and take responsibility for enhancing the quality of modelling outputs delivered to stakeholders

**Your key responsibilities**
- You will use your skills and experience to deliver elegant modelling solutions to business demand
- You will leverage industry best practice to solve problems with an understanding of future state requirements
- You will assist in the running of data council and ad hoc forums to document stakeholder sign-offs to design solutions
- You will work with business, technology and various bank functions (e.g. compliance, legal, risk) to make good decisions around using and managing data within the complex functions of Deutsche Bank

**Your skills and experience**
- Your background will be in using and maintaining data, a focus on client/party data is preferable but not mandatory
- You will have experience in a large and complex business environment, with multiple stakeholders
- You will have an inquiring approach to problems with an expectation that you will understand the why of problems as well the how to solve
- You will be comfortable sharing and communicating your ideas in written and verbal contexts and will be receptive to feedback which may vary from technical to business driven goals
