Retail Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor
- Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations (Upselling).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English to interact with customers and team members (English)
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient customer service.
- Phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone professionally.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a Experienced motivated Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

You must be computer literate and experience of Shopify P.O.S is an advantage.

Full ongoing product training will be provided.

Please note that this position requires the ability to work some evenings and weekends.
