0-19 Administrative Officer - Band 3

We are looking for highly motivated, flexible individuals who are keen, team players to compliment and support the 0-19 Teams in Central London Community Health Care Trust (CLCH) covering the four boroughs, ensuring that the clinical staff receive all the information and aministrative support they require to be able to provide a good quality, safe and efficient service to the local community and schools.

The post holder will be a key member of the 0-19 team, with the responsibility for providing an efficient and high quality administrative support to the health visiting and school nursing functions.

You will utilise excellent initiative in executing all areas within your responsibilities, this includes processing birth notifications, A & E attendances, booking health review appointments, registering schools entrants and leavers/clients moving in/out, updating immunisation records and chasing missing results; varied data entry and returns. You will need to be someone who can use your initiative and attentive to detail.

The vital skills for this challenging role are an excellent and professional approach, advanced knowledge of IT software packages, patient database systems, evidenced good communication (both verbal and written), organisational, and problem solving skills.

The ability to be accountable, multi task, work proactively, autonomously, and effectively manage time, will be vital in working this very busy team.

General photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing of confidential and non-confidential information.

To utilise the relevant IT systems to enter and retrieve data ensuring all details are accurately recorded in a timely manner.

To carry out smart card re-authentication as appropriate.
