We are based on Priorswood Industrial Estate with plenty of **free onsite parking.**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with **excellent admin and communication skills** to be able to work as part of this team.

**Main duties of the job**

You will be required to respond to requests in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations and The Access to Health Records Act 1990.

**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**

The Job involves:

- Working within the Data Access & Disclosure team ensuring the Trust complies with data access requests in a timely manner under the requirements of the relevant data protection legislation and relevant Codes of Practice.
- Providing an efficient and effective administrative service within the team.
- Recording the requests on a database, collating documentation and compiling responses in a timely manner.
- Printing and copying records identified for release as required ensuring screening checks have been completed.

**Qualifications**

Essential criteria
- Good standard of literacy
- Good standard of numeracy

Desirable criteria
- Recognised typing/word processing qualification

**Experience**

Essential criteria
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience of using outlook packages

Desirable criteria
- Experience with dealing with confidential records

**Knowledge**

Essential criteria
- Proven knowledge of general Information Governance

Desirable criteria
- Proven knowledge of Data Protection Act, GDPR, Caldicott, FOI

**Salary**: £22,816.00-£24,336.00 per year
