The Outpatients team are on the lookout for receptionists to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for those interested in an entry-level administration role; you will need to be highly motivated, dedicated and passionate about delivering patient-focused customer service, and in return you will be supported in your personal and professional development.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and families visiting the Outpatients department and will assist them with booking into the outpatient clinic, as well as managing all relevant administrative tasks which will support patients through their journey in Outpatients.

You will primarily be meeting and greeting patients in person, but will also be in contact with them via telephone and online messaging.

This is an exciting time for PAHT. Over the next five years we are on a digital transformation journey, leading us to our brand new hospital. You’ll be part of the team supporting our organisation in a diverse and challenging role; a role which can make a significant difference to our patients, staff and the future direction of our services.
