We have an exciting opportunity for an **Office Administrator **to join our friendly and supportive Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to learn some finance processing functions, as a steppingstone into a Finance Admin Role should you wish. You will be working **20 hours per week, **based out of our Preston Head Office**, Immediate start available.**

**As Office Administrator your duties will include**:

- Overseeing the reception area, including welcoming visitors and guests.
- Overseeing the meeting rooms, scheduling bookings and arrange refreshments and other corporate catering when required.
- Maintaining office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery, etc
- Inputting and update data relating to staff time accrued into internal databases and produce management reports.
- Sorting and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post, liaising with couriers when required.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Overseeing the company’s discounted internal ‘tuck shop’, maintain inventory, order online and record staff transactions.
- General Ad hoc & office-based duties including assisting the rest of the team as required.

**Required skills, and Experience include**:

- Administration experience is essential.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- An enthusiastic professional person with a high level of attention to detail
- Team player
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Confidence in using IT systems.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- Must be punctual and presented to work in an office setting.
