Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor video surveillance across all car park branches
- Address and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate reporting and log-keeping processes.
- Assist with general administration tasks.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide good level of customer service under high pressure.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Flexible attitude towards work
- Proven team-working experience
- IT literacy and ability to use Microsoft Package.

Other Requirements:

- CCTV experience is no essential but preferable

Location: Leeds City Centre

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
