Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a International Cycling Brand based in Thames Valley.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Lead the preparation and development of monthly consolidated management accounts and business reporting
- Responsible for the accuracy of all GL postings and balance sheet reconciliations
- Management of Finance Assistant (AP) and Credit Controller
- Delivery of year end audit
- Ownership of all statutory filings and compliance, including VAT, Duty, Corporation Tax
- Develop best-in-class Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes
- Define and implement robust financial controls and risk management
- Treasury activities including cash management, foreign currency purchases and RCF
- Various projects required by the new strategy; e.g. implementation of a new ERP
- Manage company insurance arrangements
- Assist with preparation of annual budget, reforecasts and financial modelling
- Business partnering supply chain and product development areas of the business

**Key Requirements;**
- 3+ years PQE, ideally from a manufacturing/retail background
- Experience of producing Management Accounts/Bank/Board packs, including analysis, insightful commentary
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and well organised
- Bright, strong academics
- Demonstrable record of improving finance processes, experience of dealing with the challenges of a high growth business advantageous
- Strong excel and data handling
- Confident user of systems; Microsoft NAV (2009), SQL/Power Query experience an advantage
- Attitude is key. Someone who is willing to learn and develop with the business. Must be a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and initiative. An interest in the business is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills, an individual who acts with integrity, communicates effectively and builds relationships
