We are a small, busy chartered financial planning business in need of an administrator for immediate start. We have been in business for 32 years and our clients are at the heart of what we do and providing an excellent service is a must.

If you have good organizational skills with initiative and the ability to work alone sometimes; good communication skills both oral and written, pay attention to detail; are computer literate and have a friendly nature, we’d love to hear from you.

We would like someone who can:
- Keep the office running and bring ideas to make things even more efficient;
- Open the post and answer the telephone;
- Communicate with clients to make appointments and request and relay information;
- Maintain compliant client files and the back-office system;
- Maintain registers;
- Liaise with third parties to gather information, obtain quotes and valuations;
- Process new business;
- Prepare clients review documents;
- Take charge of quarterly valuations to our clients;
- Be flexible and willing

Experience of working in financial services is essential and we will provide training and support ongoing. We are offering three days a week initially, but the opportunity for full time work may be further down the line. We have a lovely office 4 miles from Bath in a rural setting and so there is plenty of free car parking. Hours can be flexible and after an initial period, some hours of home working would be an option.

The salary we are offering is £17,500 for a three-day week, plus pension contributions.
