Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. This is a full-time position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of client information
- Assist with analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide support to the operations team in various administrative tasks
- Upsell products or services to clients when appropriate
**Skills**:
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
