This role will entail supporting the full Procurement process with a view to developing skills and knowledge in a procurement department with a strong IT focus.
- Be responsible for documenting existing and new contracts and storing them in the Contract Management tool.
- Obtaining quotes for new products or renewals
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders involved with the supplier agreements. Interpret user requirements and liaise with relevant colleagues regarding requirement for continued use of products/services.Brief relevant parties (Procurement & IT Teams) on contractual milestones and obligations.
- Manage and maintain the Software Asset Management tool (Flexera)
- The role will involve sourcing and negotiating future third party supply agreements
- Provide administration support for the procurement function, purchase orders, gaining signature, raising EXP for authority and general governance around the process.
- Reporting of licence usage
- All general procurement reporting
- Assisting with input to overall budget and forecast

**Experience**

CIPS experience or a willingness to work towards qualification is preferable
