**Client Solutions Specialist** you'll be the primary contact for all aspects of account services and development for a portfolio of key clients. Our global distribution platform uses an API to seamlessly connect venues and resellers in real time, eliminating fraud risks, breakage, and manual redemption processes.

As a member of our
**distribution team**, you’ll be helping resellers and venues connect in win-win partnerships while also providing a better experience for their patrons. With your keen interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, you’ll provide operational assistance and collaborate with peers to help come up with out-of-the-box solutions to everyday obstacles. We're looking for people who are patient, team players, and love helping others. You are passionate about your work and committed to getting the job done, even if it means working extended hours, on the weekend and holidays as needed.

**NOTE: This is a 4 month temporary position.**

**Location**:United Kingdom; then, you choose what works for you This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the UK, at one of our office locations in the UK, or a hybrid version of in-office and remote.

**What you'll be working on**:

- Deliver outstanding service to all Operations clients using _accesso API functionality_, our ticketing solution.
- Manage, maintain, and administer the preparation, configuration, loading, and testing of new products and offers for sale across all relevant distribution and retail channels including online purchases, and purchases using mobile platforms.
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical and client service issues.
- Effectively work with the PSE team to identify issues providing replication data and error logs to allow next level investigation and resolution.
- Provide both standard reports at the point of product set up and ad hoc reporting in line with client requests.
- Fully understand all areas of Ingresso moneyflow set up, ensuring every product is tested and accounting/invoices will be processed correctly.
- Work in conjunction with the finance department to ensure firstly moneyflow errors do not occur and if they do troubleshoot, identify issues and resolve correcting all bookings and invoices.
- Work closely with Operations Manager and Head of Operations & support new client on-boarding process. Provide continued training support as clients leverage additional system functionality.
- Monitoring JIRA and helping to enforce best practices.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Outstanding general computer skills including the Microsoft suite of products and Outlook are required.
- A focus on both the customers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Ability to learn quickly, grasp complex concepts, and use an acute attention to detail while problem solving. You possess superb critical thinking and are solutions oriented.

- Theme Park, Leisure Industry or Theatre experience is an advantage.
