**Role overview
Our New Openings Associate at N Family Club will be our champion for all things growth. Responsible for supporting the launches of our new nurseries, you will work alongside the wider new openings team and our new management teams as a mentor and coach, assisting them in general nursery set-up, and in getting to grips with all things N, preserving the commercial position whilst the new team learn about all N systems and ways of working.

Your role will assist with the timely completion of our detailed new nursery launch programme. Day-to-day, you will be on site supporting the management teams of new launch nurseries to ensure proper embedding and a full understanding of our ‘behind the scenes’ processes and procedures.

A ‘super-user’ of all our systems, you will be passionate about ensuring the preservation of N’s high standards and maintaining the revenue and cost position until the team are also super users in each and every one of our nurseries.

This role will also be key in bringing together the management team to engage, support and ensure excellent systems are maintained in all N nurseries.A highly organised individual with impeccable people skills, you will have a passion for customer service, going beyond to ensure the N approach is embedded.

**Day to day you will**:
Work with our Safety team to ensure all safety elements of a new launch are in place, including the creation of nursery risk assessments, ensuring the completion of team mandatory training and completion of the H&S launch checklist

Work alongside our New Openings Support Manager and Senior Operations Manager to ensure new openings are a success

Liaise with our Property team to ensure successful completion and handover of new nurseries

Action the procurement schedule for each new opening, ensuring that nurseries remain within budget and are resourced in line with occupancy

Be the company champion of all things 'Front of House', and be the go-to super user for advice and support

Facilitate new nurseries in delivering the ‘Go Beyond’ experience by showing them what outstanding customer service looks like and what our expectations are

Support the Education team to ensure a successful Ofsted registration visit

Be responsible for coaching new teams through the correct and competent use of all N systems, which include Pipedrive, Famly, rotas and HGEM

Organise a training programme for each new nursery, liaising with key Support Office stakeholders to ensure content is delivered efficiently and effectively

Support new FOHs in the day-to-day preparations of launching multiple new sites, including procurement, contract set-up & programme management

Work a flexible working pattern within typical nursery opening hours (7.00am-7.00pm) with the flexibility to travel and stay overnight as and when required

**What you need to bring with you**:
Previous experience in a customer facing role as a Front of House or Administrator with sound knowledge of systems, processes and procedures.

Experienced and competent user of Google Suite, ICT systems and willingness to develop skills.

Experience of budget management, procurement & CRM systems

Experience coaching and mentoring, with a love for inspiring and motivating others

Proven track record of prioritising and multi-tasking under pressure

A rigorous, structured and organised approach to everything you do

A solution-focused decision maker, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to achieve N Family Club’s wildly important goals.

Able to communicate and influence clearly using a variety of techniques (oral and in writing)

Higher education ideally, or relevant professional experience

An early years qualification and child protection/safeguarding training would be ideal
