Ward Receptionist
- Band 2 Part time 22.5 hours week

We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised, enthusiastic individual to work flexibly as a part time 22.5 hours/ week ward receptionist on our busy neurosciences day unit. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential clerical activities to meet the needs of the ward, in accordance with departmental and Trust policies and procedures and interfacing with members of the multi
- disciplinary team. The neurosciences day unit comprises of an outpatient infusion lounge for 10 patients and an area which provides day case procedures and ambulatory care.

**The required working days will be every**:
Monday
- 7.5 hours day (08.00- 16.00 hours)

Thursday
- 7.5 hours day (08.00- 16.00 hours)

Friday
- 7.5 hours day (08.00- 16.00 hours)

We are primarily looking for people with excellent customer care skills, enthusiasm, a flexible approach and a professional attitude.

You will be expected to have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
