**JOB TITLE: Head of Customer Services**

**LOCATION: Woolwich**

**HOURS: Monday - Friday**

**SALARY: £40,000- £50,000 per annum**

**BENEFITS: Free parking, Near great transport links, 22 days holiday + Bank holidays**

**OFFICE BASED 5 x days a week**

We're teaming up with the Director of this fantastic business within the Events Sector who are looking for the Head of Customer Services to join their team. The company arrange events both in the UK and internationally and are growing and growing

**Responsibilities**
- Managing a small team of Customer Service Advisors
- Supporting all Social media comms for Customers
- Reviewing and managing all correspondence to customers for planned events and updates
- Building relationships & communications with charity partners
- Staff onboarding and training
- Manage the inbound customer enquiries & response processes against agreed KPI's
- Deal with customer complaints
- Liaise with Finance Department to ensure customer invoicing is correct & paid on time

**Skills and attributes necessary**
- Have previous experience as a Customer Service Manager/ Team Leader
- Events/ Charity experience would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Fair, Organised, Inspiring and empathetic
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Software, including word, excel and outlook
