**Overview of Responsibilities**:
As an Administrator within our Electrical Engineering Unit (EEU) you will support the service request management, workforce planning and information systems across the Unit. You’ll also also be part of a team that process requisitions, work orders and purchases on behalf of the Departments technicians and engineers.
- Provide secretary duties at key meetings including arrangement of such meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Development and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint websites for the storage of documents, document libraries, databases, and department intranet sites.
- Administrator for EEUs service request system, including responding to service requests, ensuring request are correctly allocated to the respective Groups/Teams and extracting reports/metrics from the system.

**Essential Requirements**:

- National certificate in business or engineering related discipline, or other equivalent and relevant qualifications and professional experience which demonstrates an ability to work at this level
- Previous technical administration experience.
- Discreet and professional approach.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and able to plan own workload.
- IT literate, fluent in Microsoft Office suite, including in Excel.
- Able to develop Microsoft SharePoint web sites and other intranet platforms with development and training opportunities to be provided.
