**Overview of Responsibilities**:
**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a proactive and motivated People/HR Administrator with excellent communication skills to join a fast-paced People Department where they will be carrying out a range of administrative activities.
We are looking for someone who can join us on a **fixed term appointment for 1 year** to cover maternity leave.
**What will you be responsible for?**
This is a great opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a busy and exciting People Department.

Full-time**Qualifications**:
**Essential skills, experience and competence required**:
- Administration experience (HR administration experience preferable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to treat sensitive data appropriately and with discretion
- Excellent organisation skills to handle large volume of new starters
**Desirable skills, experience and competence**
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) or previous recruitment administration experience would be preferable
