NET Direct have partnered with an IT solutions business to recruit a HR & Recruitment Assistant located in the Great Bournemouth Area.

**Your Company**:
This company have been partnering with multiple businesses across numerous sectors including Finance, Legal and Manufacturing, for nearly thirty years, and thus offer versatile and highly effective IT based solutions which have achieved high levels of customersatisfaction. Due to their successes within the services provided across these industries, the aforementioned company are expanding multiple core functions within the business, taking on new professionals and so now wish to ensure they have a strong HR andRecruitment department, requiring them to search for a dedicated professional to support the function.
**Your Roles & Responsibilities:
**While in this role you can expect your duties to include but not be limited to:

- Conducting screening across the CVs and initial telephone interviews
- Assisting the team with company events for the employees including winter and summer socials
- Performing administrative duties for both the HR and Recruitment teams including documentation, notes, and onboarding paperwork
