Gardener, Painter/handyman Assistant

As a Gardener, Painter/Handyman Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced maintenance team to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of our properties' outdoor spaces and interiors. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and weeding to ensure landscapes are kept in pristine condition.
- Conducting painting tasks both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to walls, fences, doors, and other structures, to maintain aesthetic appeal and protection against weather elements.
- Undertaking various handyman duties such as minor repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks as needed to uphold the functionality and appearance of properties.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to prioritise tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Always adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to promote a secure working environment for yourself and fellow team members.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in gardening, painting, and/or handyman work is preferred.
- Basic understanding of general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
