We're recruiting for a full time HR Administrator near Shaftesbury, Dorset.
What you will do
You will provide a professional and effective human resources admin service for employees and managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees
- Update employee details on system as changes occur.
- Foster effective communication with managers and colleagues
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Support HR projects
- Document and follow HR transactional processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Skills and experience
You should have proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience of HR Information Systems/SaaS.
- Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Clear and effective communication
- Experience in a regulated industry is a bonus.

This is a full-time hybrid role. You must live within commutable distance of Shaftesbury and the surrounding villages.
